All In Executive Transport (“All In”) respects your privacy. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to All In.
Information we collect
When you submit a ride request on this website, we collect:
- Your full name, mobile phone number, email address, and the best way to reach you.
- Your trip details: trip format, ride type, date and pickup time, pickup address, final destination, number of passengers, and any notes you add.
- Details that apply to your trip: return trip details for round trips, an estimated end time and stops for all-day requests, airline, flight number and flight time for airport rides, or a short description for other requests.
If you accept a quote online, we record the quote, the date and time you accepted it, and the version of our Ride Policies and Terms you agreed to. If you pay us, our team records the payment method, amount, date and any transaction reference. Our system does not ask for card numbers, card security codes, or bank or payment-account passwords.
How we use your information
We use this information to manage your ride requests and reservations: to review availability, contact you about your request, prepare and send quotes, schedule and complete your ride, and keep records of reservations and payments.
Who can see your information
Your information is available only to authorized members of our team who sign in to our business system. Access depends on each person's role. A driver can see only the rides assigned to them, including the passenger's name, phone number and trip details needed to complete the ride.
We use the following service providers to run this website and our business system:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and our reservation records and provides security services that help protect the site from abuse.
- Google Fonts, which provides the fonts on this website. Your browser downloads them from Google.
- Google Workspace, which we use to send and receive email about your request.
- Google Calendar, which we use to schedule rides.
How long we keep information
We keep ride request, reservation and payment records for as long as reasonably needed to manage reservations and meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.
How we protect information
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our business system requires each team member to sign in, checks that sign-in on every request, and limits what each person can see by role.
Cookies
The public pages of this website do not set cookies of their own. Cloudflare's security services may set cookies needed to protect the site.
Privacy requests
To ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email operations@allinexecutivetransport.com from the email address you used with us, or tell us how to verify your request.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices or the services we use change, and update the effective date above.
